Market Comment ASE ended 5% lower at 2,200 points, and turnover at 270 million euros. Banking sector declined 4.61%. Most active stocks NBG 97m, Alpha Bank 32m and OPAP 21m. EFG fell 8.38%, Bank of Piraeus fell 8.12% and Alpha Bank 8%. ETE lost 6.26%.OPAP fell 5.29%. PPC closed unchanged at €13.50. Of the stocks moved, 27 were up, 185 were down, and 24 were unchanged. Bond spread widened to 232 bps. Concerns enhance, as the market expects Greek government to announce its debt issue program. IMF team today in Athens to aid government on deficit control.

Greece Auctioned 2.08 Bil. Euro T Bills Greece Public Debt Management Agency said Tuesday it auctioned 26- week and 52-week Treasury bills. This sum exceeds the target volume in both series, which was a total of 1.6 mil. euro, due to the fact that the amount sold includes a 30% tranche of the auction amount submitted by primary dealers as non-competitive bids. The Import Price Index in Industry (MPI) in November 2009 as compared to November 2008 recorded a rise of 4.0%. A year earlier, the MPI decreased by 0.5%
